Vlada & Alejandro – Iceland Elopement in Gígjagjá + Reynisfjara

Vlada & Alejandro chose a quiet and very Icelandic way to celebrate their elopement — simple, personal, and surrounded by wild landscapes. We started in Gígjagjá (Yoda Cave), one of the most unique locations in South Iceland. It was cool and a bit windy outside the cave, but calm enough to move slowly, take portraits, and let them settle into the moment just the two of them.

Vows in the Lupines

Just below the cave, the lupines were fully in bloom — purple fields stretching across the black earth with tall canyon walls around us. They exchanged their vows there, tucked into the flowers with no one else around, which made everything feel very intimate and honest.

Reynisfjara Beach

From there, we drove to Reynisfjara, where the wind picked up just enough to bring movement into the dress and veil. Classic Reynisdrangar sea stacks in the distance, black sand, and a few quiet moments walking along the shoreline before ending the evening.
