Specializing in elopements, engagements, and intimate weddings, I capture unguarded, meaningful moments that reflect who you are. Set against Iceland’s stunning backdrops, each photo weaves together grand landscapes with the small, authentic details that make your story unique. A detailed list of what's included can be found under each package. For an additional fee, you can add extras like video clips, drone shots, Polaroid photos, or GIFs, if they aren’t already part of your selected package. My travel fees are always included, so there are no hidden costs.
After booking, I will provide you with a comprehensive location guide highlighting my preferred spots for a photoshoot in Iceland. Should none of those options resonate with you, I'm more than happy to suggest alternative ideas or location scout for you!
While I strive to store files indefinitely, it's important to have your own backup. After I send you the files, please download them and ensure you have a backup. I'll keep the files accessible for 2 months in the online gallery before deleting them, but rest assured, I maintain backups on multiple hard drives for added security.
During each photoshoot, I focus on capturing every precious moment. You'll receive all the outstanding photos I believe are meaningful to you, at no extra cost. Typically, a one-hour session yields approximately 40-70 exceptional images.
If you have a unique idea or event for a photoshoot that isn't listed in the packages, feel free to reach out to me! I'm always excited to hear your ideas and can provide you with a personalized quote tailored to your specific needs.
After our photoshoot, expect a sneak peek within 2 days and your full collection within 3 weeks, unless otherwise discussed. Your photos will be delivered via a private online gallery where you can conveniently download both high-quality printable versions and web-sized images for sharing and posting.
In Iceland, every weather condition adds its own unique charm to your photoshoot. Whether it's wind, rain, or fog, these elements create a romantic, moody atmosphere you'll never forget. I'll monitor the weather meticulously in the days leading up to our session, and if there's a bit of rain or wind, let's embrace it! Weather here can change rapidly, so flexibility is key. If conditions become extreme or unsafe, we'll work together to find a solution and reschedule.
Once your photoshoot is scheduled, I’ll send you an invoice along with a payment link for 30% of the total package cost as a booking fee and a contract.
Non-Refundable Portion:
30% of the booking fee (i.e., 9% of the total package cost) is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refundable Portion:
70% of the booking fee (i.e., 21% of the total package cost) is refundable only if you cancel at least 3 months before the scheduled session.
The remaining 70% of the total package cost is due no later than 2 days before your session.
Rescheduling Policy
Life happens, and plans can change! I offer flexible rescheduling options:
You can reschedule your session to any available date within 1 year of the original session date.
Rescheduling beyond 1 year is possible with prior agreement in writing.
Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 7 days in advance.
